Job Description - Call Center Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a confident and resilient Call Center Associate to join our team at Cisco in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Research and provide accurate information to customers. 4. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service. 5. Maintain customer records and update information as necessary. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction. 7. Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company. 8. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers. 3. Confident and resilient personality traits. 4. Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with others. 5. Excellent research skills to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems. 7. Flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
