Job Description - Call Center Associate

Job Description:


Supervalu, a leading grocery retail company based in London, England, is seeking a Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries, orders, and complaints - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve issues - Managing customer accounts and updating customer information in the database - Meeting and exceeding call center metrics and goals - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues


Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality with a positive attitude - Excellent people management skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - No prior experience required - full training will be provided - Must be legally authorized to work in the UK
