Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Stanley Black & Decker is currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable Call Center Associate to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 2. Providing product information and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience. 5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 6. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills. 7. Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers. 3. Strong planning and creativity skills to problem solve and think on your feet. 4. Excellent communication and listening skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home with reliable internet connection.
