Call Center Manager

Job Description:

Commercial Metals is seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be hardworking, energetic, adaptable, and have excellent decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. 3. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met. 4. Train, mentor, and coach call center staff to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends. 8. Prepare reports and presentations for upper management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in call center management. 3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
