As a Call Center Manager at NCR in London, England, UK, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our call center operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service. This part-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and is classified as an Associate Level position. The ideal candidate will be independent, energetic, and possess excellent communication and research skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Supervise a team of call center representatives and provide guidance and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped to provide exceptional customer service. 3. Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 5. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve call center operations. 6. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 7. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to call center activities.
Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in a call center management role. 2. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service. 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 4. Strong research and analytical abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and call center software. 7. A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
