Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Target is looking for a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center, ensuring that our team of customer service representatives deliver exceptional service to our customers.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve departmental goals and KPIs - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service operations and drive efficiency - Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Develop training programs for customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a call center environment - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent planning and presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Experience with CRM systems and call center technology - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
