Job Description:
NVR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in London, England. As a mid-to-senior level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. This part-time role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and motivate a team of call center representatives to meet and exceed performance targets. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. 6. Implement training programs to onboard new call center staff and enhance their skills. 7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. At least 6 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role. 2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and people management abilities. 5. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
