Job Description - Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Reliance Steel & Aluminum is seeking a talented Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Call Center Manager will have the opportunity to work from home while overseeing a team of Call Center Representatives. We are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of experience in call center management who is driven, resourceful, and possesses strong communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of Call Center Representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service - Monitor call center performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of call center staff - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 5+ years of experience in call center management - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding call center KPIs - Strong leadership and motivational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Creativity and resourcefulness in problem-solving - Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
