Job Description:
DISH Network is seeking a Call Center Manager to work remotely from home in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a call center environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure efficient operation and exceptional customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and meet performance goals. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. - Provide ongoing training and support to agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any issues that may arise. - Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and resolve customer issues. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the call center remains competitive. - Foster a positive and inclusive working environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a call center setting, with a proven track record of success. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Adaptable and resourceful mindset. - Persuasion and research skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
