Job Description - Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


General Motors is seeking a Part-time Call Center Manager to work from home in London, England. The ideal candidate for this Mid-to-Senior Level position will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center agents, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote call center agents - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance - Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Train and coach call center agents to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to support agent development - Utilize call center technology to optimize efficiency and productivity - Maintain a positive and supportive working environment for all team members - Prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions with customers and team members


Requirements: - At least 7 years of experience in a call center management role - Adaptable and independent personality traits - Strong time management and analysis skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Proven track record of driving results and improving call center performance - Experience with call center technology and software - Ability to work from home in a self-disciplined and efficient manner
