Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Weyerhaeuser, a leading forestry company in London, England, is seeking a resourceful and reliable Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent presentation and planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Provide timely and accurate resolution to customer issues and complaints. 4. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer orders and inquiries. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database. 6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
