Job Description - Call Center Officer

Job description:


Quanta Services is currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Call Center Officer to join our team in London, England, UK. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to address their inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues, answering questions, and providing information about products and services. 3. Update customer records in the database accurately and ensure all information is kept confidential. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet performance goals. 5. Utilize negotiation skills to handle challenging customer situations and find satisfactory resolutions. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet quality standards. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and continuously improve communication skills.


Requirements: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus. 6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle stressful situations effectively. 7. Must be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
