Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description: American Financial Group is looking for a dedicated Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service over the phone. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and reliability.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services, and assist customers with any issues or concerns. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance targets. 6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to a culture of continuous innovation. 8. Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in all interactions with customers.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Energetic personality with a positive attitude. 3. Strong reliability and commitment to providing excellent customer service. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6.
