Job Description:
Big Lots is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Call Center Officer to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. 2. Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on inquiries or resolve issues. 3. Provide accurate information about products and services. 4. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. 5. Document all interactions with customers accurately. 6. Meet call handling quotas and goals. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction. 8. Stay up-to-date on company products and services. 9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs. 3. Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team. 4. Demonstrated cooperation and innovation in problem-solving. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
