Job Description - Call Center Officer

Job Description:


Altria Group is seeking a motivated and adaptable Call Center Officer to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level employee, the Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and effectively communicating with customers to address their inquiries and concerns.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or schedule appointments. 3. Utilize CRM software to keep accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information. 4. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary. 5. Meet or exceed call center metrics, including call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. 7. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve customer service skills. 8. Assist with special projects or assignments as needed. 9. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer service processes and procedures. 10. Maintain a positive attitude and foster a team-oriented work environment.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. 7. Must be motivated and adaptable to changing priorities. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
