Job Description:
Visteon is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Call Center Officer to join our team in London, England. As a Call Center Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service through phone interactions with clients, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Update customer records and details accurately in the database - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Meet and exceed set targets for call volume, resolution times, and customer satisfaction - Conduct research and gather information to effectively assist customers and provide solutions - Use creativity and problem-solving skills to find innovative ways to resolve customer inquiries - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong customer service orientation and the ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong research skills and the ability to gather information quickly - Creative problem-solving skills to find solutions to customer issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required - Availability to work part-time hours as needed
