Job Description:

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Call Center Officer to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls to provide exceptional customer service and support - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information - Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Persuade customers to consider new products or services - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Work independently to achieve KPIs and targets
