Call Center Officer - Work from home

Eastman Chemical is currently seeking a passionate and confident Call Center Officer to work from home in London, England. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with no prior experience who are looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide customers with product information, pricing, and support as needed. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Utilize planning and analysis skills to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. High school diploma or equivalent. 5. Passion for providing excellent customer service. 6. Confidence in dealing with challenging situations. 7. Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection.
