Job Description - Call Center Representative

Job Description:


Mosaic, a leading technology company based in London, England, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through phone calls and online channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements. 7. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. 3. Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different locations. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
