Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team at Cigna in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position for individuals at the entry level with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, resilient, and possess strong teamwork and research skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding health insurance inquiries, claims, and other related issues 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism 3. Assist customers with navigating our online portal and understanding their benefits 4. Research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experience 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, adherence, and customer satisfaction
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
