Job Description:
US Foods Holding, a leading foodservice distributor in London, England, is seeking a confident and adaptable Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with their inquiries, orders, and complaints. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer orders, resolve issues, and promote new products and services. 3. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system. 4. Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services to meet those needs. 5. Negotiating with customers on pricing, order quantities, and delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. 7. Meeting and exceeding KPIs related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and order accuracy. 8. Participating in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Confidence in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner. 5. Adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs. 6. Analytical skills to assess customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. 7. Negotiation skills to effectively manage customer expectations and close sales. 8. Knowledge of CRM systems and call center software is a plus.
