Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Call Center Representative to join our team at Kohl’s in London, England. As a work-from-home representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. This is a part-time position with an associate level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer calls and assist with product inquiries, placing orders, and resolving customer complaints. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when communicating with customers. 3. Utilize resources to find solutions for customer issues and provide accurate information. 4. Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency in customer interactions. 5. Meet or exceed customer service goals and objectives set by the company. 6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and procedures. 7. Update customer information in the database during and after each call. 8. Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner. 2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness. 4. Experience in customer service or a related field. 5. Proficiency in using computers and software applications. 6. People management skills and adaptability to different customer personalities. 7. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations. 8. High school diploma or equivalent education.
