Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Realogy Holdings is seeking a passionate and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy - Providing assistance and information to customers regarding products and services - Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner - Updating customer information in the database accurately - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilizing innovative strategies for handling customer interactions - Participating in strategic planning sessions to improve customer service processes

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic - Proven ability to think innovatively and plan strategically
