Job Description:
Airbnb is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Representative to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Airbnb users around the world.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with booking reservations, resolving issues, and answering questions about Airbnb listings - Handle escalated customer complaints with tact and diplomacy - Use critical thinking skills to problem solve and find creative solutions to customer issues - Utilize strong presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and call center metrics - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company database
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to think on your feet - Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus - Must be dedicated, motivated, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service
