Job Description:
Starbucks is currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in London, England. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and orders.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and scheduling deliveries - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management - Utilize company systems and software to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to think innovatively and strategically plan solutions - Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed - High school diploma or equivalent
