Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Tractor Supply is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in London, England. As a part-time entry-level position, the Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability 3. Process orders and returns accurately 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers 6. Document all customer interactions in the system 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals 8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role 2. Resilient and passionate attitude towards customer service 3. Strong cooperation and leadership skills 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes 6. Proficient in computer and CRM systems 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
