Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Ro is seeking a passionate and independent Call Center Specialist to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Manage customer accounts and update information as needed - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer experience - Utilize decision-making skills to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy - Demonstrate creativity in finding solutions to customer problems - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to make decisions under pressure - Creative problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
