Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Facebook is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Call Center Specialist in our London office. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for individuals who are adaptable, have strong communication skills, and are ready to take on a new challenge.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, issues, and feedback - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Use company resources and guidelines to assist customers with technical support - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in the database - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve team goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability to work part-time hours - Driven and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Comfortable using computers and navigating software programs - Basic understanding of social media platforms is a plus, but not required
