Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team at Dollar Tree in London, England, UK. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally 2. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently 3. Processing orders and returns accurately 4. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively 5. Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive customer experience 6. Meeting and exceeding performance goals set by management 7. Operating computer systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer inquiries 8. Keeping accurate records of interactions with customers 9. Following company policies and procedures in all interactions with customers

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience 3. Excellent communication skills 4. Strong problem-solving abilities 5. Ability to work well in a team environment 6. Resilient and motivated attitude 7. Strong negotiation skills 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus
