Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

HCA Holdings is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in London, England. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will possess a resilient and resourceful personality. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential in this role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints. 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and managing account information. 4. Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow. 6. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the company database. 7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
