Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


Group 1 Automotive is currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a passion for helping others.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries or concerns. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions offered by Group 1 Automotive. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or complaints. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the company's database. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience. 7. Meet and exceed established performance metrics and customer service goals.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong planning and analysis skills. 4. Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 6. Visa sponsorship eligibility.
