Job Description:
Farmers Insurance Exchange is looking for a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing information and assistance, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Providing accurate information about our insurance products and services. 3. Assisting customers with policy changes, claims assistance, and billing inquiries. 4. Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed. 5. Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database. 6. Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Resourceful and reliable with a positive attitude. 6. Presentation skills and ability to articulate information clearly. 7. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. 8. Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
