Job Description - Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Johnson Controls is seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Call Center Specialist working from home in London, England. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through telephone calls, emails, and online chat services.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database. 5. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality and customer satisfaction. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication and decision-making skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
