GameStop is seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and general assistance. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to gaming products and services. 3. Process customer orders and provide updates on order status. 4. Handle customer complaints and find suitable resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 8. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a call center environment. 2. Energetic and confident personality. 3. Strong cooperation and emotional intelligence skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Must have a quiet and professional work environment at home. 7. High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace. 8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
