Job Description:


Ross Stores is looking for a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in London, England. This position offers the unique opportunity to work from home, providing a flexible working environment for individuals seeking a work-life balance. As an Entry Level Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, orders, and services - Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Following company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction - Working closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals set by management - Maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent service at all times


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Independent and reliable with the ability to work from home effectively - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
