Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Hertz Global Holdings is currently seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, resilient, adaptable, and creative to assist our customers with their inquiries via chat support.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through online chat support - Answer customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in chat support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using chat support software and tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
