Remote Chat Support Assistant

Celanese, a global technology and specialty materials company, is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be motivated, independent, possess strong leadership skills, and have the ability to persuade customers effectively.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner - Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services to assist customers with inquiries - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong leadership skills and the ability to persuade customers - Proficiency in MS Office applications and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
