Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through online chat support to assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and reservations - Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times to ensure a positive customer experience - Collaborate with team members to address any customer issues promptly and professionally - Utilize persuasive communication skills to upsell products and services to guests when appropriate - Stay up-to-date on hotel amenities, promotions, and policies to accurately assist customers
