Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

CMS Energy in London, England is seeking a motivated and resilient Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent decision-making skills and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Follow company guidelines and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously improve chat support processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service or chat support role - Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Experience with CRM systems is a plus
