Job Description:
Pacific Life is seeking a dedicated and resilient Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing chat support to customers in a remote setting. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat support - Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support for customers - Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
