Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and independent Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Robinhood in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, and the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers regarding Robinhood products and services - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary - Work closely with the customer support team to ensure high-quality service - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong motivation and ability to work independently - Excellent project management and time management skills - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus - Proficiency in using chat support software platforms - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
