We are looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Genuine Parts, a leading company in the automotive industry. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will have the flexibility to balance work with other commitments.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product information - Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a positive and professional attitude - Utilize various tools and software to effectively communicate with customers and resolve queries in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for improving customer satisfaction - Continuously develop knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and driven personality traits to effectively meet customer needs - Strong presentation skills to deliver information clearly and concisely - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently - Proficiency in using chat support platforms and software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
