Job Description:

Textron is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to work from home in London, England. This is a part-time, entry-level position with zero years of experience required. The ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, have strong people management skills, and be persuasive in communication.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers via online messaging platforms - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with the customer service team to improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
