Job Description - Chat Support Associate

Job Description:


Hilton Worldwide Holdings is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Chat Support Associate to join our team in London, England. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing online support to our guests, offering assistance and solutions to their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to guest inquiries and provide support via online chat platform. 2. Assist guests with booking reservations, modifying existing reservations, and providing information about hotel amenities. 3. Resolve guest complaints and issues with a focus on guest satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and ensure a seamless experience. 5. Maintain knowledge of Hilton's policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred. 2. Resilient and reliable personality traits to handle challenging situations and maintain a consistent level of performance. 3. Strong leadership and project management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks. 4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles. 5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software.
