Job Description:
FirstEnergy is looking for a passionate and energetic Chat Support Associate to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via chat - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously improve customer satisfaction metrics through active problem-solving and effective communication
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent people management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations - Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks - Proficiency in using chat platforms and other online communication tools - Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
