Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Raytheon is seeking a part-time Chat Support Associate to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide timely and accurate information - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and account troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and friendly manner - Document all interactions with customers accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
