Chat Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Associate to join our team at J.C. Penney. This is a work from home position based in London, England, UK. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Assist customers with product information, order status, and other inquiries - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Strong written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong analytical skills and ability to think innovatively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable using technology and learning new software systems - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
