Job Description:
Cummins, a global leader in the manufacturing of engines and power generation equipment, is seeking a Chat Support Associate to work from home in London, England. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers through various online platforms - Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical issues - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other support team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
