Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Associate to join our team at Genuine Parts. This part-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to answer inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Utilize creativity and presentation skills to effectively communicate information and solutions to customers - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and personalized experience - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices for customer support - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Strong creativity and presentation skills - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
