Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team at Hershey in London, England. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, we are seeking an individual with at least 8 years of experience in customer service and chat support roles.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage a team of remote chat support agents, providing guidance and coaching to ensure exceptional customer service delivery - Monitor chat support conversations to ensure quality and accuracy, stepping in to assist and resolve escalated customer issues when necessary - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction - Analyze chat support data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for chat support management and customer service
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service and chat support roles - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Persuasion and creativity soft skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
